May 2015 - today

Post-doctoral research assistant at the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main on design of W-band vacuum electron tubes for 5G communication systems.

January 2013 - April 2015:

Post-doctoral research assistant at University of Rome "Tor Vergata" on design and optimization of new generation organic solar cells, with graphene electrodes, through multiphysic simulators".

August 2011 – December 2012:

Post-doctoral research assistant at University of Rome "Tor Vergata on design and realization of cold cathodes microwave microtriodes.

November 2007 – July 2011:

PhD at University of Rome "Tor Vergata" on Simulation, realization and characterization of cold cathodes with carbon nanotubes devices at high frequencies.

October 2007

Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering at University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
